Pedraza is staying a southpaw, ducking and leaving his face in the wake of Cherry's jab, hovering close and following its movements, not giving Cherry space to snap it to land with any leverage. Cherry is charging in, landing accidental headbutts followed by the clubbing right hand. "The old 1-2" as Cherry's old rival Malignaggi calls it with a smirking tone.

Cherry is varying the speed and torque on his left hook, sometimes managing to surprise Pedraza with it over the lazy southpaw jab. Slow round.
