Allakhverdiev is pressuring Broner into the ropes but getting impaled on the points of his elbows. The ref warns Broner. Allakhverdiev is grinding in and working the body. Broner is laying on the ropes letting him work. Broner skips away, tossing jabs and quick superman rights but missing, all speed, not taking aim. Broner puts out a 1-2, blocked. Uppercut by Broner. Allakhverdiev is jabbing at the body, too far out, and suddenly brings a right hook up into Broner's chin, scoring flush. Counter right up top and left hook on the body by Broner.

Allakhverdiev is jabbing up top and doubling the left hand on the belly. Broner is busting out of Allakhverdiev's traps, avoiding the ropes, buying freedom with quick jabs and rights while leaning back. Broner makes Allakhverdiev miss a right hook while laying into the ropes and putting his arms up perpendicularly. Broner is dusting Allakhverdiev's head with both hands lightly. Broner starts to slug with Allakhverdiev up close. Broner scoops a right into the body. Left jab by Broner. Allakhverdiev doubles a left hand and grazes but Broner lands the straight counter right. Allakhverdiev lands a looping left on the body. Broner is pushing Allakhverdiev back with the left glove and then landing the right. Left hook by Broner. Glancing left by Allakhverdiev.
