Maidana is putting out the left jab. Broner adopts his defensive stance, left arm wrapped at his side and right glove up by his chin. Maidana swarms Broner into the ropes with hard right hands and left hooks. Broner is tagged by a couple of shots and grazed with the rest. Broner slithers off the ropes and circles rapidly to his left. Maidana flurries and Broner clinches. Right to the body by Broner while holding on. Big left hook and chopping right by Maidana. Broner holds. Maidana sticks the jab on Broner's body and drives him into the ropes, throwing hooks and hard rights. Broner ties up and waits for Laurence Cole to break them up. Broner uses head movement to slip Maidana's hooks and chops on the ropes and then dances away. Maidana again pins him on the ropes. Hooks to the body and right uppercut grazing the chin by Maidana. Big choppig right on the face by Maidana. Broner steps out away from the ropes and jabs the body. Maidana is walking Broner down, chin at his chest, throwing left hook leads and chopping in with the right stepping through, keeping Broner on the ropes. Broner travels around the full ring and lands a rabbit punch after grabbing Maidana.
