Impressive win by the new WBA Welterweight Champion. Clear win and was beating Broner down in essentially every round. Maidana got off to a fast start, hurt Broner, and never let off the gas. Great win and an awesome fight to watch.

Side Note: Broner is far too arrogant in the ring. His antics were beyond stupid. Broner clearly needed to respect the man in the ring in front of him who was there to fight, and not put on a comedy performance. If he's smart, he should learn a great deal from this and stop being such a ****. Arrogance outside the ring is one thing, inside there is no room for it. Just IMO.

As much as this would be a mismatch, I think its time to reward Maidana that paycheck.

Danny Garcia would mop him. Matthysee is 2X the fighter Madaina is.

And to be perfectly honest........Roidquez would mow him down too.:deal

Can't say I'm surprised. All the signs were there with Broner... he struggled mightily against a very small nobody in Gavin Rees early. Against Malignaggi he again struggled again and couldn't land anything and showed that he has no power at welter. Now he was finally exposed because he faced somebody who doesn't suck.

If Broner wasn't such a clown/**** talker/arrogant fool maybe after this loss people would have been nice but now they are treating him like **** and i guess he deserves it

Yeah, that was pretty sad. He brought it upon himself though. Had he just stopped clowning around in that ring, I think he would have done a lot better against Maidana. Chino was fading towards the end, but Adrien had nothing for him.

Can't argue with that. Other than to say, I don't know who called him the next Mayweather, certainly not me, but it was certainly farfetched. Agreed about everything else.

Glad Maidana was able to get the opportunity to give him a taste of his own medicine.
