Oh.My.God. You can't seriously be this dumb.

He was fat coming into camp, but he's not naturally a welterweight?.. can't make this **** up.

Reality is, Broner was able to shrink himself down and fight guys like Rees who were basically midgets by comparison to Broner. I've been saying Broner is a natural welter for the last couple of years who's been able to get away with fighting smaller guys.

Now daddy's metabolism and his lifestyle are starting to catch up with him, and we're finally seeing just how pedestrian Broner really is when stacked up against someone his own size.

No it doesn't. He was probably sitting around middleweight at least when he was on the 24/7 for Canelo/Floyd.

No doubt but when you are that heavy coming into camp you usually rehydrate pretty high.

his face is pudgy. I agree with your characterization. He is fat and is not fighting at his optimal weight.

And by the way Ricky Hatton "sat around" at something absurd in between fights. Does that make him a "cruiserweight"?

Has he fought any ofthose guys? NO He fought the likes of Gavin Rees and Demarco.

Lets bring up another guy that fights at 147. Paulie. Is he to big for Broner also? I also don't see anyone crying about Paulie being to small at welter. How about Bradley? JMM? Guerrero? All these guys who have fought at lower weight and decided to move up.

They would've probably always hit it off and been fast pals anyway, but if Daniel Ponce De Leon meets Marcos Rene Maidana he is going to buy him a shot of Mezcal.

Look point I'm trying to make is we see guys like Josesito Lopez eat their way up, guy looks soft with bodyfat making up a big percentage of his weight gain.

Now you've got someone like Broner who looks ripped at the weight, and furthermore even rehydrated 10lb back.

He can't be considered "small" at the weight if he is ripped, has good reach, and is as tall as most other fighters.

I get it. People are relishing the fact that this loud mouth, ****y, disrespectful little ***** got his mouth wired shut. After all the talk and all the disrespect it seems as though Adrien got exactly what he deserved........but if you all could calm down and see that Broner did a lot better than he should have. I thought Broner wouldn't make it the distance......I never expected Broner to back Miadana up or hurt him to the body, but he did.

The kid got punished but he did a good job. Hopefully he matures from this loss because he has the ability, skills and talent to be great. He's tough and hung in there with a beast at welterweight. Not the best at welterweight but Marcos is a monster for obvious reasons.
