but on the real tho..broner did show alot of character and compusre by taking those licks and getting right back up to survive the rounds...everybody cant do that. It's good that he got humbled and hopefully can learn that you dont just become a fighter like Floyd Mayweather by having god gifted talent and ability, you gotta still work and train harder than the everyone else. Floyd hits the gym sometimes 3x a day and doesnt get out of shape between fights. Broner as a fighter, has a lot to learn, like footwork, angles and movement...also he has a habit of throwing "arm punches" alotta times, thats prolly a reason his power did carry up.

Broner is a complete idiot but, in all fairness, he did get the shi'ite kicked out of him Saturday night in front of the whole of the Boxing Universe. I wouldn't be surprised if he's never the same again after this fight. I hope the suits over @ GBP don't do an immediate rematch. Maidana could very well end his career - if he hasn't already...

How can one be 24 years of age, yet still be a kid? People will make an excuse for everything these days.

Very surprising a fighter at Broner's level would have his mouth open most of the time. For this reason, he was a prime candidate to get his jaw broken. No top level fighter has his mouth open like that unless he has a broken nose and can only breath through his mouth.

Some are saying he showed a lot of heart for being able to make it to a decision. I don't think Broner was ever hit that hard. In fact, I was very surprised he went down from the left Maidana threw. He got hit harder later in the fight by a left hook and stayed up. Maybe he was just really tight when the fight started.

He was wobbled multiple times by that hook, and remember he was dropped again in the 8th round.

Maidana seems to have a lasting effect on people he fights. Khan lost 75% of his IQ during the tenth..........
