I'm not saying whether or not it's a weakness. I don't care. You were saying I said that Pacquiao never gets hurt, which isn't true. Then, I told you why Pac wouldn't respect Floyd's power.

Idc if it's a weakness or advantage. That's not my point. I'm just observing what Pac does and what he'll probably do against Floyd. Geez.

pretty close to canelo power when Floyd sits down and throws for power. its more rare at ww and especially jmw BUT we ALL know Floyd and jmm throwing for power and its not even close.

tho Floyd doesn't throw for real dig in power much usually at ww and jmw BUT, I am very confident Floyd will be sitting down for power almost on a rnd by rnd basis.

pac going to be stopped, highly probable between mid to late rounds. not sure if roach stops it, the ref or pac himself pulls the plug.

god forbid. boxing clown AND her ALTs, god, suicide watch starting 1am May 3rd

    - KO power
    - Having faced Pac 3x before, thus can time Pac effectively
    - Throws a counter while moving laterally almost instinctively
    - Good body puncher (although you can say the same for FMJ, but JMM can really dedicate himself to the body)
    - Does not shell up against southpaws when being thrown a combo at

the question is advantage of Marquez over Pacquiao that Floyd dosn't have, it didn't ask advantage of Marquez over Floyd when fighting Pacquiao.. 2 separate things..

so you don't answer with willingness to trade or KO power because those things Marquez doesn't have advantage over Pacquiao..

funny only me sees this mistake, anyway, i assumed you are asking the latter so just to add:

willingness to trade when gets hurt.. to be honest i'm really surprised that this was never pointed out with some of the best fight ****yst in youtube.. when you get hurt by Pac and you covered up, you will get murdered! Pac will split your defense no matter what you do.. try to revisit Pac-Mar 2 when Mar got tagged by Pac's awkward no look counter in rd 10 if i remember it right.. instead of covering up he traded with Pac those blocking Pac's onslaught.. try also to watch Morales - Pacquiao, Morales keep Pacquiao at bay by peppering him with punches.. in short, you gotta fight Pac and don't be a pus$y if you wanna win.. otherwise you end up like Mosley or Algeiri who runs away like they don't wanna fight!

perfectly timed aggressive counters - in view of many, Floyd is a better counter puncher between the two but i beg to disagree.. Floyd's counters are his pull counter and left hook when in philly shell stance but these are really easy to read.. these are set up counters! Marquez counters are his adjustments against what his opponents bring into the table..

Combination punching, willingness to trade. The latter being Floyd's worst attribute.

Floyd is at his worst in exchanges.

On top of all this, his low center of gravity favored his countering style in the pocket against pac. In this regard, being the same height as pac helped him.

    Objectively speaking

    Marquez KO% 62.5%
    Mayweather KO% 55.32%

    but...

    Marquez KOs at 147 - 1
    Mayweather KOs at 147 - 3

    and...

Marquez % of Fights at WW - 5%
Mayweather % of Fights at WW (or higher) - 28%

Can we really say Marquez has more power?
