Idk the business side to this but why can't GBP pay ESPN for something like a 3 day, five minute episode hyping up the Garcia/Mattyhsse fight (knockout highlights of both, quick life story, interview, training ect) I'm sure it would cost a lot now but it could pay dividends in the future letting the casual fans know who these guys are and exposing them. Is this possible or am I just a complete idiot?
It'd likely be TR or HBO IF they would. And why would they? SportsCenter is a market for the average sports fan. It's coverage of boxing is very short and mild. So, no, I doubt it would even come close to ever happening.
