Advice for newbie weightlifter (no haters :( )

    I only ask for sport specific exercises that enchance my boxing. BTW. I do not want bodybuilding but strenght training only.

    People also ask for running questions here, do they go to a running forum? No.

    I will follow MrSmall his routine advice just to start.

    If you think strenght training is nonsense ask David Haye. He does a alot of weightlifting and sprints from what I've read. I like this forum because I've heard a lot of good advice.

    I would stop being so scientific about the number of reps and exercises...you won't be making significant gains that way.

    okay, lets not get scientific and all do sets of 100 to get hyuuge and jacked brah
