I only ask for sport specific exercises that enchance my boxing. BTW. I do not want bodybuilding but strenght training only. People also ask for running questions here, do they go to a running forum? No. I will follow MrSmall his routine advice just to start. If you think strenght training is nonsense ask David Haye. He does a alot of weightlifting and sprints from what I've read. I like this forum because I've heard a lot of good advice.
I would stop being so scientific about the number of reps and exercises...you won't be making significant gains that way.
