Advice needed, getting from wembley

    need advice on best way to get from wembley after the froch fight, I,m staying in camden. Will it be a case of just jumping on tube from wembley after the fight or would I have to book train tickets in advance.

    Any help much appreciated

    Drunk as a skunk and getting lost in London late at night doesnt sound like a good plan to me :nono

    Jubilee line to Swiss cottage and then get a cab. Swiss Cottage station to Camden Town station is only about a mile and a half. If you're North end of Camden (Chalk Farm, Kentish Town way) you could even walk it in about 20 minutes.

    Thanks gjm thats great i,m actually staying in swiss cottage hotel so its straight onto the jubilee line for me:happy:happy

    Depends what time it is mate.

    I think the tubes usually shut around 12 so if its before 12 just jump on the tube. There is a change or 2 to get to Camden from Wembley though.

    No problem. If you're looking for a late drink after it though you will probably need to head down to Camden Town though - Oxford Arms is always open late and usually has no problem letting in after midnight.

    Tactical play: Go north one stop on the tube first, get a seat, then laugh as you pull up to Wembley Park 10 mins later and people are standing up and crushed as they get on around you!
