Would like to know if anyone has any good callisthenics workout circuits that will give you the conditioning for a 12 round pro fight, I'm only interested in workouts that use natural bodyweight not any with weights. (please give clear discriptions e.g sets, repitions, etc) Thanks,
callisthenics are more for building strenght and power rather than improving conditioning for a 12 round fight, a circuit will improve your muscular endurance which in turn will help you in a long fight but this shouldnt be used as your main conditioning training
