Advice on adding a bit of muscle or at least defining what I have without weights?

    I’d like to add a small amount of muscle to my upper body but not much and I’d like to at least define or ‘rip’ what muscle I have.

    But I want to do this without weights, I run twice a week and do 100 push-ups and sit-ups Monday-Friday

    I have a park near me so am able to add pull ups to the routine if that would help?

    I don’t take any supplements and eat pretty healthy during the week but not so well at the weekends

    I’m 6’2 and 11st so quite slim really

    Any advice would be welcome?
