    Hi all I'm looking for some advice on training outside of the gym what circuits and running do you do ect... I'm getting into training but need to improve my fitness stamina and endurance ect

    you want to train anaeorobc and aroebic
    Anarobic is fast and short limited and aroebic is long endurance.
    Sprints will work anaroebic and jogging will work Aroebic do both a combination
