Well, onto the workout section... If it's too painful to put weight on your ankle, you could just stick with an upper-body circuit. It's about time to develop those guns for the ladies. Maybe work on your biceps...bitches love biceps. While seated on a weight bench, you could do a circuit of shoulder presses and raises (lateral, front, reverse), even upright rows and curls. While laying on the bench, you can continue onto a circuit of bench presses, pullovers, and tricep extensions. You can even do some cardio if you want. Head on to the pool and do some swimming but try to minimize any lower body movement due to your injury. You could try back strokes, breast strokes, front crawls, etc. And try not to drown while you're at it.
