Or are you guys equally interested by both cards ?

    Here's affliction's
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affliction_3

    UFC's
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UFC_100

    As far as i'm concerned...
    I'm interested to see:

    1 - Fedor vs Barnett
    2 - GSP vs Alves
    3 - Akiyama vs Belcher
    4 - Mousasi vs Sobral
    5 - Mir vs Lesnar
6 - Gomi vs ? (i'm just a fan of the guy , i'd like to see him back on top)

    And that's about it ....

I'm not really interested by the rest..So there's 3 ufc fights i'm looking forward to.. but "the" most important one is affliction's hw fight imo.

Wish I could see Affliction's card, they don't screen Affliction in Australia

    For me its:

    1 - Fedor vs Barnett
    2 - GSP vs Alves
    3 - Mir vs Lesnar
    4 - Mousasi vs Sobral

So it's kinda even if you average it out.

I know its got nothing to do with the card but whens Rashad vs Rampage? Do you think Rashad will be a complete different fighter after his lost to Machida...it was pretty brutal.

Im looking forwad to Fedor vs Barnett and Mir vs Lesnar

    I have no idea...Actually , isn't Rampage supposed to be Machida's next opponent ? ... I'm really not sure.

No Shogun and Machida are fighting next. Then I would assume the winner of Rampage vs Rashad would get a shot.

I don't really agree though that Shogun should get a title shot after one Chuck win and a lackluster Coleman win.

Nor, do I agree that Rashad should get a shot after one fight, I hope he has too fight another before getting a shot at the title again. There really is no rush because Machida will still be there

Overall - 100, although Affliction's main event is can't-miss. Thankfully they're not on the same night, so no choice need be made. :D

    I agree with you.

However - Shogun may not be deserving of the title shot just yet - but stylistically he seems to be the best match for Machida at this point. The rest of the division is going to have to plot, plan and try to solve the riddle of Machida's feet - but not Shogun. Just throw them in together and lock the cage door. Shogun's muay thai skills should be a perfect compliment to Machida's straight karate attacks.

    Instant classic.

The best fight is Fedor vs Barnett but I think 100 is better overall with 2 good titlefights on the line.

UFC has more depth, Affliction has a very good main event.

But really, im almost more excited for GSP/Alves than Fedor/Barnett.

GSP/Alves could be fight of the year. Still - Fedor/Barnett could be a barnburner as well.

And then there's Mir/Lesnar II. What is going to happen in that one? Will Mir pull off the repeat submission on the still green Lesnar? Or will Lesnar live up to his potential and use a strong ground and pound strategy to overpower the submission wiz?

Frank Mir has questionable stamina. Brock Lesnar doesn't get tired. The longer it goes - the rougher it gets for Mir. But - Frank Mir is a submission genius. He has been submitting big men for a long time. Mir doesn't just look to make fighters tap. He tries to break their bones. Mir is a baaaad man.

    :good:good:good

Spoken like a true ZUFFA employee.

Just kidding. I'm just busting your chops, AJAX. I agree with you on hundred percent. Whereas Barnet/Fedor is a great match - UFC 100 is the stronger card over all. Title fights and cross roads fights from top to bottom. Up and comers and veterans fighting it out. It should be a great night of fights. I can;t wait to watch this one on the big screen with a few buddies, some tortilla chips and some ice cold Coronas.

Brock Lesnar fought a can, than got subbed by Mir in 2 minutes, than laid on Herring than beat Couture in 1.5 rounds. If anybody's stamina is questionable its Lesnar. He hasnt been taken to deep water yet.

Looking at Lesnars body, I see him hitting the wall hard after a couple rounds.
