I think it would depend on how well he does vs Cotto. I had doubts Floyd would step up to 154. With Martinez weighing around 165 on fight night makes him a small middle weight. Floyd handled Ortiz who was 164 on fight night so if the money is right and the fans want it. It could be very possible. Electrifying fight if it goes down. At 154 its big. At 160 would be ATG status.
