Just had my fight last Sunday. Now Im planning to maybe rest for a week or two without doing any physical activity at all. I kinda feel guilty because this past few days, I have been chilling and just sitting back and eating ice cream, chocolates, you name it.
once in a while you need some time off and just enjoy,relax and chill!!!! Eat icecream and drink a beer, but keep doing some training, just very relaxed. After that you need to get your ass back in the gym!!!! max. 1,5 week.
