After a decade of waiting and a decade of talking, FRAUDLEY doesn't throw a punch...

He said it was his destiny.

He has been talking for 10 years.

He went on ESB's On The Ropes boxing radio show last week, and spoke with such conviction and belief that he had the presenters questioning the fact that they had tipped Haye to win.

And after a decade of waiting, believing, and talking talking talking...

...Audley did not even throw one single, solitary power shot before he folded like a deckchair.

And with that, I very much hope that the "career" of the biggest fraud and the biggest joke and the biggest incompetent in modern boxing history is over.

    :hi:

It was a complete embarrassment. Joe Public must have watched that "World Title fight" and thought Boxing is a complete joke.

The guy should retire. Period. I never want to see him fight and I don't think anyone would ever pay to see him if he chose to continue "fighting"

Amused by it would probably be more accurate. I fully expected Fraudley to fold like an accordion as soon as he got hit.

There's an old saying "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Fraudley pulled the wool over the boxing public once, after the Olympics. He talked all the same big talk about how he was gonna win world titles in 5 fights, and have all these accomplishments in boxing and then what did he do? Fought a bunch of tomato cans - some of whom wobbled him, btw - and then got beat as soon as he fought halfway decent comp, not even top level.

All the way along as he hyped himself, and others on this site hyped him, I told people he was a fraud, a glass jawed joke just waiting to be exposed.

So then he got starched by Sprott - something I and one other guy on this site predicted btw - and most people woke up he was a joke.

Then, something weird happened. Fraudley fought a few bums, struggled with a declined version of Sprott and then got a miracle come from behind knock out, and then all of a sudden all sorts of folks forgot how he conned them in the first place.

It was all a mirage, built on fantasy and lies. Some were never taken in by this charlatan, this fraud, this con man.

This whole thing stinks, why should a fight like this get attention at all? I would rather watch vitali kevin johnson go 12 rounds

it is pretty hard but I think at this point

    Ross Purrity
    Dereck Chisora
    Albert Sosnowski
    Vaughn Bean
    David Bostice

    HM - White Tyson

Those are really the only fighters that could possibly rank over David Haye of all time.

You are thinking, well these are all Klitschko brothers beaten opponents. Why aren't the Klitschko's on this list, well the Klitschko's faced all these fighters when they were well past their prime so they don't deserve to be up there.

Wladimir hasn't faced Chisora yet, but obviously Chisora is well past his prime already so it's an obvious win for Wladimir.

Its a shame it happened on a big stage because I dont think boxing has made any new fans out of this farce.

I dont blame Haye either, it was an easy pay day that Joe Public would be interested in - so why not? Plus, he said from the outset that it would be easy. You cant say he didnt warn people. If they chose to believe the hype then that's up to them - I did it myself many years ago with Bruno v Tyson. Learnt a valuable lessopn.

As for Audley, you could see how ashamed he was in the post fight interview. I just hope now accepts that this is his destiny. If he wants to carry on fighting that's up to him but he can not expect TV coverage or big pay days. Personally I hope he slips into retirement.

Audley's terrible showing only made me appreciate Margarito's efforts even more. In the ring with the best fighter on the planet, perhaps the best fighter since Ray Leonard, hurt to the body, hurt to the head, nasty gash, eyes closing, and he still tried to win with every inch of his soul till the final bell.

It's just not that much of a shock to me. That's how he has fought his entire career. It was never going to change against haye because he can't.

The fight was intended to capture the imagination of the british public which it did. Unfortunately the general public witnessed a **** poor mismatch which has actually tainted the image of the sport.
