I don't think Adamek's going to get past Arreola. But assuming he does, Haye is the only logical choice if he wants a belt. Haye's a very tough fight for Adamek though. But if he can survive the early rounds and can take Haye into the deeper water Adamek stands an excellent chance of tapping David's glass chin. Either Klitschko would annihilate him though.
Adamek is just as fast and punches just as hard and he has a better chin. So i dont know what your point is. At this time its really premature. Of course, people don't see Adamek as a heavyweight and to them he would be an over matched no one against either Klits. I agree, its premature to even think about matching him up with them but let's see how he does in his next two fights and then form an opinion. Its still much too soon. What if Adamek dominates Arreola more than Vitali did and stops him earlier. I'm sure opinions may change then. We will just have to wait and see. All I know is Adamek is taking on great opponents and is actually trying to EARN his title fight, unlike some other spoiled pre madonna, who thinks the title shot is owed to him and takes the easiest possible route.
As much as I like Adamek I'm not going to be convinced of him being an elite heavyweight until I see him do so. Beating Estrada and then Arreola would make him a top 5ish heavyweight for me. If he were to win those two fights he should go straight for Vitali. Vitali is looking right for the picking to me and this would set up a huge money fight with Wlad if he were to beat Vitali as well. Having said that I think Estrada beats him and makes all this moot.
As someone said before if it happens Adamek may go back to cruiser then. And what I know is that he wants to stay at HW longer...
Adamek vs. either Klitschko will end poorly for Adamek. However, I feel Adamek has a real shot against Haye given Haye's lack of a chin.
I think Estrada is a better boxer and has better handspeed than Adamek. One of Adamek's strengths is that he is able to outmuscle and impose himself on others. I don't think he'll be able to do that with Estrada. Estrada has fought some huge heavyweights like Walker and Whitaker so I don't think Adamek's going to be able to push him around. Adamek has proved to be a better boxer than expected but one thing Estrada can do is box and I think he does it better than Adamek. I've seen Adamek have trouble with Dawson and Cunningham who used movement and speed to beat Adamek, same thing Estrada will do. The ten round limit also hurts Adamek because it gives him less time to wear Estrada down. Overall, Estrada is a bad style for Adamek and I think he outboxes him the entire fight. If Adamek doesn't get any help from the judges I see Estrada winning 6-7 rounds. I'd like to be wrong because I think Adamek can make for some excellent fights at heavyweight but I think Estrada wins by UD.
You made it clear, but you forgot that Adamek has very big experience with fighting in lower weight classess, where he fought against faster and better boxers than Estrada. I may agree that Estrada might be less comfortable boxer for Adamek than Arreola :good But I cant imagine Estrada outboxing Adamek. I bet that once Estrada's ass connects to the floor, then its only the matter of time, when referee stops the fight.
