Adamek matches up better with Arreola than Estrada and thats why I'd like to see Adamek beat Estrada because an Adamek-Arreola bout would be great. Estrada has fought some big punchers at heavyweight and I don't think he's ever been down so I'm not sure if Adamek will be the one to do it. I think if it comes down to a boxing match between the two then Estrada wins, Adamek is going to have to get in close and work Estrada over physically. Maybe I'm selling Adamek short but I think he has his work cut out for him here.

You seem to be correct, I just looked and it said twelve rounds. That helps Adamek a lot.

With the exception of Wlad, I give Adamek decent chances against the others including Haye and Vitali and if he caries good pop up to HW, he may have a shot at Wlad. I honestly see him having an easy night with Arreola, Chaguev, and Peter.

i think adamek's a lot better than you give him credit for, for instance the counter punching clinic vs monster cruiser o'neil bell, who was considered the far bigger man at the time. adamek dropped him without trying in the first round and forced a retirement stoppage.

estrada had problems with the fast well timed shots of povetkin...i think it will be similar vs adamek, who for me wins on points in a tricky fight...

re the Klitschkos. anyone remember whom they fought in their early world title fights?

did they go right for tyson, bowe, lewis, holyfield?

look at vitali: he fought undersized herbie hide and chris byrd for the WBO title. both of whom have gone down to CRUISERWEIGHT late in their careers. the big names looked too much for the K2s at one time, but THINGS CHANGE and THINGS HAPPEN...for instance vitali taking the fight vs an out of shape lewis, giving him a hard enough fight to keep him from boxing again.

i think adamek should go for haye. if they ha fought at cruiser it would have been sensational, but there wouldn't have been great money. if they fight for the WBA heavyweight title, it's a bigger prize and it's more money. and the winner can move on from there. adamek is willing to fight big contenders, for instance arreola.

The only HW title bouts that would be worth watching would be Adamek/Haye or Klitschko/Klitschko. The latter will never happen, so lets hope Adamek/Haye comes off without a hitch; I want to see conditioned, active, heavyweights duke it out in the ring and not these giant slobs having mismatches on a regular basis.

    Where'd you hear this?

Haye is working with King for 3 fights right? Valuev, Ruiz coming up, Valuev rematch and mandatory vs Chagaev/Meehan winner. So even if Adamek gets through Arreola and Estrada Haye'll be tied up till at least the end of the year, no?

I think that after fighting mandatory Ruiz, WBA will agree for a free fight to Haye, especially when HBO puts the money on the table. So if Adamek passess through Estrada and Arreola and Haye passess through Ruiz there is a chance that we will see Adamek-Haye in the second part od 2010...

do **** off, no way adamek punches anywhere near as hard. yes he may have a better chin, but he can't punch as hard nor is he quick enough to beat haye. it would be a massacre.

I think nationalism is affecting your logic boy. Yes adamek does punch as hard as haye. Adamek is also a sharper puncher. While haye does possess the power to KO adamek, so does tomasz to david. However, haye swings wide and with alot of reckless abandon while goral's shots are short and right down the pike. If adamek can survive the early rounds and find his range HE WILL KO haye.

I am reasonably sure that Adamek will beat Estrada, and he will probably beat Arreola by decision, as well, and if that does happen, I think, as has been said, Haye vs Adamek ( fresh off of a Arreola victory) would sell like hotcakes.

Gotta see how well Adamek does against Estrada and Arreola before I pick a winner of Adamek Haye.

Some ESB experts say Haye can contend with the Klitshckos. If Adamek beats Haye, certainly he could be a "contender" as well.

I love Adamek, but I think Arreola knocks him out.
