To me it doesn't really matter whether he's genuinely injured or is claiming an injury because Setanta can't pay him. Either is a perfectly valid and understandable reason not to fight.

There has been a medical you tit. Their was an independent medical report of the injury, as is protocol, and this was sent to team Klitschko yesterday confirming a 7 week injury.
