http://www.latimes.com/sports/la-sp-lance-armstrong-doping-20121023,0,3697752.story ... seems like Pacquiaos accusation is a lot more believable !! Lance Armstrong kind of reminds me of the achievements that Pacquiao made in their respective sport. Armstrong has similar inspiration to many people, him battling cancer and having a huge community wearing Live Strong bands. Pacquiao is in a similar situation where he has a whole country who loves and is inspired by him.
Pacquiao could be on PED's along with tons of other pro athletes. Anyone with common sense and willing to admit the truth know that the entire thing about the drug testing was blown up bc of Manny and his team. The reaction of Manny and his team regarding the testing is the only thing that made them look suspect in my opinion. Not him going up in weight. Hell if you didn't want to do any additional testing just say no from the start.
It show that USADA testing can be beat easily by top American PED companies. USADA tested Armstrong thousands of times and he passed them all. Mayweather takes a very watered down version of these test, so he could be using the same stuff Armstrong had taken as well as other stronger PEDS during his long breaks away from testing. As we seen with Bertoid and Cheaterson that the ones that demand the tests are the ones that were cheating in the first place, they just thought they could beat the system. The best PEDS schemes come from America.
USADA never lets **** slide even after years, there is a reason Manny wanted no parts of this type of testing
Floyd could be doing something and if he is he is a freaking idiot. Here is the thing though. It doesn't matter if Floyd is taking a watered down version. He is still taking testing that is better than what the commission offers. And by doing the blood testing it shows that he is either clean or has some good PEDS bc they store those blood samples and compare them all constantly. Hell they probably compare the samples from the Mosley fight to the ones to the Cotto fight as well and Floyd is passing all of his test.
It does make Pac look bad. But Pac isn't really in danger since he avoided the tests so he can't be tesred later like they did Lance.
The long layoffs Floyd takes give him huge window to take anything he like, including stuff that would be picked up by regular post fight NSAC testing.
How would that help him? He would have to keep up that gained level, during a clean training camp. Which would be counter productive, and would be overkill come fight night in terms of burning his body out.
If you take a year and a half off, it is plenty of time to take whatever you like and have it clear your system by the time NSAC post fight test come round. Thoses gains would be carried into a training camp and have you at a higher level than you would have been. That is why WADA tested athletes have to have 6 or 9 months back on the testing program before they can compete again. Floyd doesn't do this. Are we suppose to believe Floyd took long layoff because he was bored with boxing?
