After Armstrong and other PED findings

  1. And why to the testing organization do that?

  2. Floyd Mayweather does not make the rules of boxing.

Floyd could have petition the commission for these tests, but he chose not to.

    I wonder why?

When has Pac ever done thorough random blood testing? You sound like Gabe Montoya go after the guy who's going through testing and let the guy who won't test get a pass. ****ing ass backwards thinking you have there man. Pac should have been crucified around here for not testing yet ****s like you go after PBF, ****ing pathetic. PBF has been proven right, boxing is full of drug cheats and has an antiquated testing process. I applaud guys like Donaire PBF Garcia and Cotto for going the extra mile and proving they are indeed clean unlike guys like Pac who pull out every excuse in the book in order to avoid it.

While others' message about drug testing in boxing have been nebulous, the man who knows all the ins and outs of doping has clearly delivered that which needs to be heard. "I never liked Floyd Mayweather, Jr. calling the testing that he does, "Olympic-style" testing," Conte stated, and continued, "My opinion is, it's random blood and urine testing for 8 to 10 weeks prior to a fight. That's what it is. The definition of Olympic-style testing is 24/7-365 (year-round, around the clock). It's a deterrent; any time, any place, anywhere."

Video: Victor Conte on drug testing Pacquiao vs. Marquez 4

In short, Mayweather's USADA testing is a confusing one, since anybody who knows how to cheat the system can beat it. Conte elaborated by differentiating the type of testing Mayweather underwent compared to a more comprehensive type of drug testing companies like VADA (Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency) implements.
"VADA (compared to USADA) also uses more stringent protocols, more sophisticated testing, specifically with the CIR (Carbon Isotope Ratio) testing. USADA only does this and all Olympic-type lab testing they perform if you have an elevated TE ratio of 4:1," explained Conte. VADA is also the company that tagged Lamont Peterson and Andre Berto for illegal performance enhancing drugs in their system.
"The reason I don't like that protocol is because you can, (I'm talking about baseball players who use it on a daily basis), after a game, rub on a testosterone cream and it stays in the bloodstream for 4 hours. By 8 hours, it's back down on the baseline, and after 6 hours you're below the 4:1 ratio. So guys can use it the day before and test negative. And the same thing goes on with the USADA-type testing. You can use it every single night, literally USADA can test you every single day and you can come up below 4:1, that's because it only takes you six hours to go below the 4:1 ratio," he continued.
Conte then proceeded to answer my question and lauded Pacquiao for finally stating that he will agree to take random urine and blood drug tests all the way to the fight, and that if there is a real intent from both parties to clear their names, he is optimistic that an organization like VADA will be willing to sponsor their comprehensive random drug testing.

There are no failed tests but the case against Armstrong is damning. More than 20 affidavits from his former team mates that he not only took them but that he was the ring leader of doping who pressured everyone else to take it or get out of the team. All of his titles have been stripped, including his Olympic medal. Just yesterday Armstrong himself deleted his 7 Tour de France wins from his official Twitter bio. Wikipedia followed suit. Yep, you can put a fork in him, he's done ala Mariam Jones. I predict he will come clean by the end of this year in an effort to save his livstrong foundation.

  7. And why would the testing organization do that?

Not blood test up to the day of the fight?

  8. Pacquiao had his blood taken the day before his fight with Morales.

What a *******. Here you are throwing Floyd's name as if he is on PED when he have went through Olympic style testing 3 times already with random blood test and you didn't even bring up the fact that Manny refuse to even take one and says he is afraid of needles.

    What a mother****er you are.

  10. Maybe one day Ellerbe will come forward and tell the truth about Floyd Mayweather.

His family have a long history of illegal drug usage and of breaking the law.

Neither does Pac and that's why his weight fine was one of the most ridiculous stipulations in the history of the sport. You can't have it both ways. I can say PBF's drug testing demands is better for the sport and more needed than a 10 million dollar per pound over **** that Pac was trying to pull.

The reason they don't have to blood test up until the day of the fight is bc they store your blood samples and compare them all against each other. Its that simple. That is the reason Manny is so damn suspect based of the way he and his team handled the ****. Random testing means no cut offs.

Also I recall Manny saying that he just doesn't want to be tested the "day of the fight."

When told he had a 14 day window he said, "that is too close to the fight." :patsch:lol:

  14. Floyd was a known cheater, he cheater Marquez on the scales in the previous fight.
