  3. None with the direct quote from Pacquiao, because he never said that.

Armstrong showed the tests can be beaten easily. He was caught on testimony, not testing.

  8. No, it has not defamed his reputation and it would have to be proved it was done maliciously without a shred of proof.

Arum did say Pacquiao was afraid of needles but Uncle Bob didn't have the full details on this one.

An athlete on a programme of micro-dosed EPO can test clean around 45 minutes after injecting. Some steroids have similarly low half-lives. Cyclists reportedly dose overnight, so unless hauled out of bed in the middle of the night they will not be caught. Even if they do slip-up and inject during the day, they might avoid getting caught just by delaying tactics, hiding in a toilet for twenty minutes and using a saline drip to dilute their haemocrit levels back to "normal". As one cyclist said, a dope test is a test of IQ and discipline, not whether or not you dope.

So, given that passing the gold-standard of random, in-and-out-of competition testing against long-term biological passports, is no guarantee of innocence - the type of testing proposed for boxing is pretty useless. It will only catch the stupid and poorly advised. Most dopers are caught by following paper trails - looking at the records of raided laboratories etc (Operation Pueto) or tracing associations from the few caught dopers.

Wow is that reliable information because if PEDs can get rid of in 45 minutes, there might be a lot more suspicion than I thought.

All records before him should be vacated as well.

It's a fukin bike race. How they cheat in boxing is irrelevant to the discussion

What busted Lance was not the test. It was everyone around him and the money trail. The huge payment to the Italian dude was the smoking gun.

That won't happen in the Philippines, believe me. Don't open your mouth there especially against that country's only celebrity. You get killed in the Southern part of that island just for being an honest journalist. You want to win an election, get your opponent killed.
