cody garbrandt is what happens when a boxer decides to learn kicks and wrestling, he makes those MMA guys look foolish on the feet. I believe he has around 30 or 40 amateur boxing fights and a few state titles.
I see no reason to add to your comments other than to say you are 100% correct! I could not have said it any better.
No I didn't, and my issues with McGregor have been confirmed, his stamina is suspect. How would they be rated over Garbrandt? Garbrandt has fast hands and slick footwork, I believe he has more natural talent than them.
And to think boxers are not capable of learning other martial arts, some TDD and how to learn to check kicks. :facepalm Francis Ngannou is a contender after just 3 years of MMA training. That's shocking. He was told he would never make it in boxing and decided to learn other martial arts. UFC lies to their fans a lot also. Like in how they lie about Cody Garbrandt's boxing amateur background and Conor's. I lost respect when they have to lie to sell something of that nature. If they actually paid their fighters properly then maybe you'd see boxers wanting to cross over and learn other art's. UFC was good for MMA but it no longer is. The production is too samey and boring at this point. I hope Scott Coker improves Bellator. UFC fanboys are the worst.
I would probably give conor some credit if he hadn't talked so much rubbish for months, he promised so much and delivered nothing. Floyd was just ****ing about until he decided to end the fight.
you have never boxed have you? You can be in the best shape ever but if youve never boxed you will gas. He doesnt have a stamina problem, exactly why he can whip malignaggi in sparring over 12 rounds. The guy has an experience problem. Why do you think guys with 0 fights start at 4 rounds....then 6....8...10? come on guy get your s h i t straight.
175lb man couldn't knock out a little 41 yr old after a two year layoff. Conor's a conman. He knocks out binmen in UFC. Dennis Sivers, Poiriers, Alvarez's of this world.
