That is what boxers do, they cover up to protect themselves.

And it was Conor who was trying to get to side and back of Floyd to rabbit punch all night, since in MMA rabbit punches are allowed since they don't care about the long term damage it does to it's fighters. Which is why we saw that former UFC fighter who was left brain damage, left to his own devices with no help from UFC, now needing to take pills just so he wouldn't maul and kill innocent bystanders who had the misfortune to cross his path.

So you're saying Conor had better footwork than Floyd, the wife-beater?

I love boxing but my eyes weren't lying during the first four rounds. Floyd wasn't deliberately letting himself be countered by uppercuts. It's too risky a premise to merit any credibility. Many people were seriously considering jumping on the mma bandwagon until Conor ran out of steam.

If by "wife" you mean "guy that had his back" then yes, yes he was.

Conor let him win. They had a secret arrangement that Floyd would win late so after he beat his ass for the first four rounds he had to take the foot off the gas and pretend to be tired before he accidentally knocked Floyd out. :deal:

Well, connor was more like his *****. First he pimped her while promoting the fight, the he thaught her who was in charge in the ring. Beating a woman is not fine, though, the nevada comision should have never allowed that to happen.

Still, I dont see future for connor in women's boxing neither, a primer ann wolfe would pimp and beat the hell out of that ***** too, just like floyd did.

Let's not forget that Conor had everything his way going into the fight. He had his perfect tailor made small guy opponent, 8 oz gloves, 11 year age gap in his favor as the younger fighter. Then he blew himself up to look like a middleweight so he had the weight advantage and still none of it mattered.

Floyd simply smiled and played with him without using a 1/4 of much known skillset or boxing ability. He could have fought to his usual game plan and made Conor miss all night long, yet people would have complained that all he did was run. Instead he walked through every single Irish Gorilla left hand punch Conor threw and carried on smiling until he completely broke Conor's heart and will.

What's even worse is that Floyd wasn't even hitting him hard, yet he was being flown across the ring like a rag doll. Floyd simply threw from the arms up. No leverage from the legs or hip flexor's to put anything into his punches and he still managed to give Conor brain damage.

Now imagine if Conor actually fought a boxer his own size and weight in the middleweight division. I'd honestly wager he'd die in that ring and they'd have to turn off the lights off, in the arena to stop people from witnessing the convulsions.

Fmj was hit low at the beginning of the 9th, he over sold it tho. Acting like it really effected him and he needed to recover.

Seeing as the ref didn't immediately call time fmj just protected himself. There wasnt a reason for fmj to over play it anyways, proven by the fact he beat the dog **** out of mcquitter the entire round

All i saw was mayweather meeting his match and praying mcgregor gassed
their whole gameplan hinged on mcgregor gassing out

This is what the ignorant fail to grasp. This was far and away the most punishment mcquitter has ever received, heck the most punishment mcquitter had ever given, to anyone.

This beat down will have mcquitter questioning himself in every fight now. He quit 100%, just like the diaz 1 fight. He tapped out vs fmj by refusing to defend himself, he purposely made the ref save him.

Conor took a beating from round 4 till 10, 1 sided beating. A beating he was not mentally nor physically prepared for. Paulie is 100% right, mcquitter has NO balls in the ring especially.

Not 100% sure he ever wins a fight again, imho

I wouldn't expect you to understand what you're trying to watch in a ring, or any combat competition. You're obviously very ignorant to the fight game

You mean in boxing? In boxing ring Conor won't be able to beat any C-level fighter, his boxing skills and defense are that poor.

But in MMA he's still one of the top guys in his weight. Different sport.

Limited ? He's never taken or given remotely close to the punishment he received. I get it, you're confused because nobody was cut and no flowing blood, right.

What makes you believe he took limited punishment? It was limited to far more than he could ever take.

My Lord, our fight fans are nothing but 90+% trolls

You are right he will be fine in mma as he is a pro at cutting weight so he can fight dwarfs. It would be like GGG at 160lbs starving himself down so he can fight at featherweight. Would you find it impressive if he were to beat them all? Would you say GGG was a great fighter because he beat down on significantly smaller men who stood no chance against a man who shrinks down then blows themselves back up to be a middleweight on fight night to fight a dwarf who is handicapped with weight, height, and reach disadvantages?
