after boxing; do you still shadow box 20 years later?

    do you walk round your house and occasioanally break into shadow boxing? do you do it at quiet times at work?

    do you know what i mean?

    why do we do that **** 20 years later?:yep

    Coming from a guy who supports a team that has 'MAN' in it's name. :lol:

    Ian Roberts was a straight man at Souths, went to Manly and came out nearly as gay as Marcus' avatar. :-(

    god i hope someone comes here and explains it 'muscle repitition' 'fast twitch muscle memory' or some scientific ****.

    after you do the same movement over 3000 times the brain remembers its so it can be repeated almost without thinking.
