After Cotto-Margarito II, do you believe Margo had the wraps in the 1st fight?

well because they did not fight in 4oz gloves with margo being allowed plaster the margtards think it was unfair

 

I put no, cause last night didn't prove anything. Cotto winning was due more to the adjustments he made. I also feel that Cotto did feel margs power and or else he would have sat on his punches a little more. I just don't think last night proved either way.

 

I agree. If Cotto had boxed liked last night the first time he would have won.

 

Yup. I think Cotto had the confidence last night, cause he understood how to beat marg. He knew that he made little mistakes the first fight that he could easily fix. That and a little more determination coupled with what seemed like better stamina.

 

Personally I think he did but last night wasn't conclusive proof I don't feel. Like mentioned above, I think Cotto's gameplan played a lot into him not taking the same damage and he got the hell off the ropes pretty much everytime so Margo couldn't land those nasty body shots.

I believe he did, but not based on last nites outcome, although it doesnt hurt the case. However, i wouldnt have said Margo wasnt loaded in the 1st fight if he HAD been able to hurt Cotto last nite. There are simply too many variables to consider.

 

Last night didn't really prove anything. Still inconclusive. And in Marg's defence, he still manage to bust up Cotto's face a little. But again, that doesn't give us a firm indication of whether he was or was not wearing bricks the first time.

 

I agree some people will act like if this is proof but its not, cotto had a different plan and margarito had his eye completely closed

 

When I was a very young child I climbed up on a counter and opened a cookie jar and ate a bunch of cookies while my mom was in the bathroom. When she came out she reached in the jar to get a cookie and realized a lot of them were gone. There were cookie crumbs on the counter. There were cookie crumbs on my hands and on my shirt. She accused me of taking the cookies and I denied it vehemently. After that she put the cookie jar where I could not get to it and there was never a sudden loss of cookies again. Now, she didn't see me take the cookies. Why do you suppose she always believed I took the cookies? I have always thought that was most unfair.
