You don't know Bute's career. He was tested at his 8th pro fight and up until he won his title. Then he got stuck by the super 6 tournament. Bute was not ducking, he was waiting and he's got no patience anymore. That's why he will fight for peanuts in his opponent's backyard. That tells me how much he wants badly to face the best boxers of his division.

When (if) Bute fights Ward I hope Bute wins. His style is more fanfriendly, and I disliked Wards fouling against Kessler, as I dislike his recent backtracking and complaining. But dont overrate Butes urge to challenge himself. Interbox ****ed up the deal with Kessler, and it might be that Bute settle with kicking Frochs ass, and then pretends Ward is ducking him.

Anthony Dirrell said Ward would vacate soon, and that he would fight for a vacant belt. That was approx a month ago on his twitter.

Magee is presumed to be waiting for the winner of Balzsay-Sartison for a WBA "unification" bout. :rofl

Ward should fight Stevenson in a "Darnell Boone floored us both" match.

They talked it through over a barbeque evening :patsch When Bute and Ward negotiats over their upcoming fight, lets hope they dont have coffe or anything. If they do, it will all be over.

Yeah, I get where you're coming from. I'm a Ward fan, and I don't entirely agree with his position on Bute. But it doesn't bother me what the two say about each other for the time being, because deep down, they do have intentions of facing each other. I'm pretty sure that, when the time is right, the fight will be made easily.

8th pro fight yet in his 31st this is his actual first test :think And he won his title in 07 ..What is to know? And stuck by the S6 ? He didn't have to wait until now ..Like I said there are fighters with less fights with better records ..

Yeah, with the way other number one vs. number two match-ups have turned out in recent times....

    - Pac-May
    - Khan-Bradley
    - Wlad-Haye
    - Gamboa-Juanma

....I can understand why some are a little agitated.

But I'm not too concerned. I know the fight will happen. They're just building it up.

When the tournament started, Andrade was ranked as the No 3 fighter in the world, after Kessler and Bute. He was certainly Top 6, yet wasn't invited, like Bute...

    I know you know that!;)

Just felt the need to mention the Ring Rankings were like this back then:

Champ: Joe Calzaghe (he gone to LHW and never fought at SMW again but was still ranked at SMW cuz he didn't made the change yet)
    1 Kessler
    2 Bute
    3 Andrade

    Ward's 3 best wins :

    - Froch
    - Kessler
    - Bika

    Bute's 3 best wins :

    - Froch (Assuming he will win)
    - Andrade
    - Bika

Their resumes will be basically the same after the Froch's fight.

Abraham is a good win and if he was on Bute's resume he would arguably be his best win.:deal

Bika and Johnson are both better wins at SMW. AA don't have a single good win at 168lbs.

Kessler is a much better scalp than Andrade.
