I have either oat cookies, nuts, or a flapjack. A yogurt if I can be bothered going to the shops too.
A smoothie (current smoothie is: yoghurt, orange juice, blackberries, blueberries, banana, peach, flaxseed).
Jeez I need to find some good flapjack. All I can find recently is the over processed stuff full of awful things. I love the stuff. After a good work out I usually have a chocolate shake and some beef jerky or some raisins and nuts. I tend to eat these straight after my workout then have a decent meal about 30/40 mins later, a jacket potatoe with cottage cheese or a chilli con carne.

I came home after training and ordered a Pizza and some Mountain Dew that probablly shouldnt be on the list.
lol it happens. RDJ and EL Puma both have good post-workout snacks. The smoothie is just a nutrient bomb and chocolate milk is supposed to have one of the best protein/carb/fat ratios for post-workout training. Bananas are always great for replacing the potassium lost during an intense workout.
