They'll have to think of some excuses when they wake up during the post fight interview.

The tide is already turning on Shane. Just as it has with ever other fighter that Floyd will/has faced. Before it was clear that he would fight Shane some of the very people that are bitching about Shanes age and not being in his prime were the very ones saying that Floyd needs to fight him.

I personally think that Shane has a great shot at winning and im in fact leaning towards Shane, however should Floyd win all hell will break loose and the hater will cry and cry. The fight was fixed, the ref didnt allow Shane to fight his fight, Shane was a 157 years old, he hadnt fought in 5 years blah blah blah. While on the other hand Pac will fight Clottey and should he win it would have been the greatest thing since Douglas beat Tyson.

Its the world of haters, I have seen this with every single top fighter going back to Leonard, and read about it going back to Robinson. When you have a fighter that is that good its always the fighter that they didnt fight that would have beat them, everyone they beat was a bum, shot, too small, too weight drained, too old etc.

Floyd wins and the excuses will flow. We even have that dumb **** Farmboxer posting 15 times a day that Shane is going to throw the fight for money.

Shane wins and floyd was always a bum anyways that never fought anyone. Floyd is and always has been in a no win situation no matter who he fights. This fight will be no different nor would a fight with Pac.

While we're looking back at Post history why not look at the one were a bunch of floyd haters had a circle jerk and talked about all the excuses that could be laid out for every possible fighter that Floyd could face. From Williams being too weight drained to Pac being too small.

If the shoe was on the other foot and Pac was fighting Shane it would be being called the fight of the decade and Floyd vs Clottey would be called a joke fight. No one would be bitching about Shanes age or this so-called LOOOOOOOOOOOONG layoff from a guy that has fought 5 times in 4 years, kinda sounds like he has been taking some time off between fights.

IF and WHEN that happens, then no excuses needed.

Excuses are not valid arguments because no one can prove them.

Let us just say that Mosley is not prime now, and a little older, even before the fight has been signed. That is what we all agree.

Now whether that would contribute to Mosley's perfoirmance, only GOD knows. But these are factors that could not be totally discounted and it will always be in the back of anybody's mind.

To spin it, how do you rate Mosley in his last 5 fights? Assuming we remove the Margarito fight, How is Mosley in his last 5 fights?

People tend to gauge Mosley in his last fight with Margarito. Whatever happened to the fights previous to that one because that is a more objective if you base it based on probably his last few fights rather than 1 fight (which you could not dismiss that that fighter might have an off night, weight-drained, ill-prepared, plaster not here, or suddenly become past prime as the usual practice in ESB).

pac fans and floyd fans are equally stupid, it wouldn't be called the fight of the decade as you floyd boys will be there to ruin their party.

remember when you used to say sergio martinez was an overrated b level fighter because if you said he was good it might make margo look good?

Mosley will go from a beast that Floyd was ducking to a 90 year old man.

I'd go with Mosley is a 38 year old past prime fighter, who looked awesome when on performance enhancing drugs, and hasn't fought for over a year.

The only way Floyd loses this, is if he stands in front of Shane with "hit me" written on his chin.

Mosley's a chance against anyone at welter that is slow moving, and decides to stand in front of him. A good boxer with speed (and Floyd is both, brilliant at both to be honest) will make Mosley look old quickly.

Mosley's decent enough, but really has little chance in this fight.

I said that after Martinez lost to Margo he went off and hide in Europe. You keep saying that I said that and I didnt. I dont even use terms liek C-level fighters or B level fighters.

    Floyd will not get credit.

Since 2006, fans have wanted Mayweather to face the best welterweights. He has faced good ones: Judah in 2006 (who had been champ the year before), the lineal champ Baldomir, beltholder Ricky Hatton. But, to say the truth, Mayweather never faced the top fighters of the division: Margarito, Mosley, Cotto.

Now, Cotto is shot, Margarito is a proven cheater and Mosley is the only one left. He is old, but he has beaten Margarito in impressive fashion.

Mayweather's critics will say the following:

    1. Mosley is shot (38, but he beat #1 Margarito the year before and in the #1 147 contender).
    2. He ducked Pacman (this is false, because PBF is taking a risk which is just as big)

  15. :-(And it looks like you have an agenda to discredit floyds opponents to water down his wins. And to make it seem like if floyd loses, then it was to a shane who is a shell of himself so what we can say floyd was overrated.:rofl:rofl So if shane wins...does that mean that he is not old anymore and that he has been rejuvenated, or does it mean that floyd was made for him?? But if floyd wins....once again that means that he fought a nobody.:good So who should the mu****a fight?? We got people who complained about pac being too small and people complaining about mosely being too old. Anyone else would be too green. I personally dont give a **** but I just think its funny that boxing fans are the most fickle ass people on the planet.
