2. If Manny Druguiao refuses or engineers another lame ass excuse not to undergo OSDT as he did against Mayweathwer, then it's safe to say Manny Druguiao is absolutely taking some form of PEDs.

3. Either scenario Manny Druguiao has painted himself in a corner and his credibility severely tarnished
