Can't see what the point would be for him continuing. Hes got his big money fight and proved hes a great boxer but just can't top the best best mustard. Well he hasn't lost just yet but im 99% sure he will :)

Even if he loses, he won't retire. He can still make a lot of money fighting Berto, Cotto or even MP.

Mosley enjoys boxing. He enjoys training. Why not get paid for something you love doing?

He can still fight Berto, rematch Cotto, beat up Margarito again, maybe even get Pac...

If it's a very close fight and he loses, expect a rematch.

I can't see FMJ giving SSM a rematch. Now if FMJ loses, then I expect a rematch.

If it's another Castillo 1 fight, you can't see it?

No way I think he should fight or try to fight Berto, Pacquiao, Cotto and Williams first.

No way a warrior like Shane ends his career with a L.

If it is like the first Castillo fight (w/c I doubt), then yes, I can see a rematch. Hell, I would want to see a rematch.

who knows maybe he does well and gets a fight with pac instead of Floyd. Mosley's been quoted as saying that he has many years left and that they'll have to carry him out of the ring in a strecher if they want to retire him. This last quote was from before the Margo fight. NOt sure how he feels know but you get where I'm going with this --> He gets beat really badly, maybe, if he doesn't I doubt think so.

As a side note I'm actually very suprised at how little that question has been asked in the run up to this fight. Its like every reporter has sundenly forgot he's 38 years old.

If he loses, and Mayweather doesn't get over his fear of Pacquiao, then I guess Mosley can fight Pacquiao.

Well the inevitable happened. Now this question re emerges. Hes got his last big pay day and now should bow out. Hes 38, lucky to be stable after that ass whooping and should now call it a day and see if his son can step into the limelight! Great fighter but I think Floyd proved now is your time to hang up the gloves.

Nah, Floyd was expected to win and he did. I wish the fight was much more closer and part of me wants to see a rematch just so Shane can make it much closer Mosley-Wright 2 style. Mosley got beat by the best WW now no shame in that he needs to beat Berto or fight Pacquiao then retire. I give him 1 or 2 more fights and I want him to retire immediately. That inactivity was no good to him though Floyd would've beaten him anyways in a closer fight. We don't need anymore people staying too long in this sport especially because of how brutal it can be.
