that I held a win over every opponent, I had ever faced -
including 8 men from BoxRec's list of world champions.

    Who am I?

    A wild guess. Benevenuti?

    Not a bad guess!

Locche lost only twice in his first 95, and avenged both. But there were also several draws, against opponents he can't claim a win over.

No, Benvenuti never avenged his first loss (to Ki-Soo Kim)... so he can't be a candidate.

Freddie Steele, the most underated middleweight of all-time, methinks ...

What about Robinson, it's about 138 fights till he lost to Maxim and didn't avenge it.

    Steele comes pretty close!
Only two defeats (both avenged) in his first 95... but he never beat one Larry Hannon, with whom he drew early in his career.

    Another good guess!
Robinson of course avenged his loss to LaMotta several times... but in his first 95 he had a draw against Jose Basora, which he didn't "avenge" until he was way past 100 fights.

    Another close call!

Lewis lost to quite a few in his first 95, but also won against those men... except Abe Feldman!

Aah, I knew he'd beat basora but not after he'd had 95 fights.

Pep won his first 62, before losing to Sammy Angott... a man he never met again.
