How dumb are people on here ? ( and yes i know i spelt my name wrongatsch) every other week its calzaghe this or calzaghe that. It makes me laugh when i see this ****
:rofl But seriously you must see why people get frustrated with him, he wasted his talent fighting mediocre opponents.
Yep. It's pretty amazing how he's so hated in many quarters yet its usually these people that are always bringing up the retired Joe Calzaghe. It's not the people that like him. That tells you something about what they really think of Calzaghe.
Same goes for the Klitschko brothers. Not being racist here, but the Europeans see them as some sort of higher power and their love for the brothers knows no bounds
:think He's not too well received by the American contingent either. Not to mention the Klitschko fans:shock: 'Haye has panic attack for fight with Wladimir on the 20th June' 'Why is Haye/Valuev not in football stadion' 'Only 108 tickets returned when Haye backs out' 'Haye has no medical proof' 'Wladimir has a better chin than Holyfield' :-( Sorry, have your Calzaghe thread back
You mean the peope who, a year after his retirement, start threads asking how certain former oppenents, future fights define Joe's legacy Especially the posters who used to say that regardless of what the fighters that Joe had beaten go onto acheive, it'll have no bearing on Joe :rofl
I'm glad somebody hasn't missed the great irony. I heard time and time again how Hopkins win over Pavlik had no bearing on Calzaghe's win. They like to have their cake AND eat it that is for sure
And also how if Kessler acheived greatness it would have no bearing. But Kessler losing.......different story :huh
This is just untrue, When Bhop beat Pavlik we all heard how there was no need to fight Pav right decision , joe wouold whoop him etc etc Seems now Joes impressive win is Bhop and boy was that questionable, but hay jOE DONT DO REMATCHES as he said Mario veit cough cough
