I think Lomachenko definitely has the potential if he keeps rapidly moving up and taking out all of the great champions along the way.

 

I think he'd have a shout but Kell Brook has a tendency to one up him.

If Amir Khan beats Connor McGregor in the UFC, I fully expect to see Brook taking Jon Jones apart limb from limb within 3 months.

 

He would have to do what PAC did....move up to 140 and beat Crawford, Bradley, and PAC. Pac fought Barrera, Marquez, and Moreales pretty much back to back while moving up in weight.

To put this in perspective. Ali was only a 1 division champ because he COULD NOT win other divisions. That many division titles is a dubious accomplishment attainable only by tiny men.
