After Pacquiao and Mayweather, I can only see there being one true PPV star...

    ...And that is Adrien Broner.

Love him or hate him, he will be selling out arena's in years to come. Wouldn't be surprised if he goes under Mayweather Promotions.

    What do you all think?

It all depends if he lives up to the hype or not.

He will get his ass beat before that happens.

And then like Mike Tyson would say"He will just fade to bolivia".

I can see it happening. He won't become an ATG though imo. Similar to Naseem he'll be a vastly theatrical persona but a flawed fighter.

Nope, it's probably going to be Saul Alvarez and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. now (assuming he gets by Martinez.)

Russell Jr. honestly has a better chance to be a big star than Broner does. Broner's fighting style is somewhat entertaining, but Russell Jr. has a much more fan-friendly style.

I was thinking Canelo, but his downfall will be his lack of English and overall charisma.

JCC will get beat by Martinez and even if he doesnt, he wont be a PPV star now.

Russell Jr is a possibility as he is a very exciting fighter, he may have a better career than Broner but he isn't receiving the same attention as Broner is, hence why Adrien has the makings of a PPV star.

Pacquiao says hi; the dude is a midget (same with Hatton, who was even shorter than Pacquiao; both Hatton and Pacquiao were said to be a bit shorter than listed as well.)

    What happened to Cotto?

Anyway, he just needs to continue to win but he needs to find a way to get onto a Mayweather undercard, he needs the exposure on a bigger stage.

  11. Not really dude.
People are on his ass lately with the Mayweather hype, but he'll get ktfo. He fights like Mayweather, but old Mayweather. The kid is just hype.

not really. i'd say theyre about even. yes, his handspeed will get him places, but two things that he doesnt have that broner has.

Personality and KO power. thats all u need to be a star.

saul alvarez is just as youthful and has just as much potential, plus the goldenboy behind him, so i'll go with canelo.
