Ivan Calderon or Vic Darchinyan? And will he accept to put his title on the line at a catchweight of 145 or will he make them come all the way up to 147?

    :huh

If they want the title they can go to 147 or fight in there own division. Either way Cotto knocks them out

Of course CALDERON or DARCHINYAN has to go up to 147! No way you ganna WEIGHT DRAIN COTTO at 145. If they want his belt they have to go up, not him meeting them somewhere. It would be UNFAIR to COTTO! COOTO must make sure his in top **** err SHAPE to fight this SMALL GUYS! And he should dictate what needs to be done for the fight! Way to go HOTTO! :hat

wake up man Pac has only weighed in above 130 3 times in his entire career, and only once above 138.

All his other 50+ fights was BELOW 130, BELOW the super featherweight limit

Cotto is being a ****ing ***** with this issue. Saying he doesn't mind throwing the title away, but he won't give Pacquiao the chance to win it at a catchweight and make history? what kind of jealous female bull**** is that

A real man would put his title on the line and say "I will win the fight anyways." Pac is already fighting at much bigger dude at a weight that he has never even come close to, but thats still not enough for Miguelita.

A real man would take the fight at 147. To clear up any excuses that may come up after his victory :good

It is absurd to hate on Pac for making the fight at 145, a pound lower than what Cotto came in at in his last fight. Pac is no welerweight, clearly. He has the gameplan to beat Oscar at welter but that was a one off thing. It is a weight past what I will call the "sweet spot" where you get the most out of your height, reach, power, speed, strength etc, where you aren't too drained but you aren't too small either. Right now, for Pac that weight is clearly 140 pounds.

For Cotto it is clearly 147 pounds.

Pac is clearly making the bigger sacrifice.

I understand nobody likes to see a drained fighter. I agree with that. However, it isn't a great fight if a guy is completely out matched in size because his opponent put on 12 pounds since the weigh in.

You could just as easily say the bigger fighter needs to come down in weight, after all they are the bigger man, they have that advantage.

I would rather see Pac fight vs 140 and Cotto fight vs 147, however, thats boxing.
