...I am happy to say I have my boxing legs back...8 weeks ago you all remember that I was complaining that possibly my legs were gone...yet I took some of the advise of changing my routine and I am back...I been sparring regullarly on the last two weeks with great movement and bounce on my legs...in fact I am introducing some of my old routines again...specially rope jumping....I still cut substatially the amount of running but I still do the same distances, it simply takes me longer but I stay moving moving moving...adding different stations on my road work, from stationary bking, regular bixing, steps machine, low impact parabolic...and running backward for longer distance, which I always been a fan of but doing longer distances know....
