    I already answered this. Compare how Pacquiao fight against lesser opposition in lower weights with his fight against Cotto and Hatton, and you will see a big improvement on how Pacquiao fights.

    against larios, solis and velasquez, pac had poor defense. for instance, he was absorbing a lot of punches from a limited velasquez while he was ducking and blocking a lot of punches of a much more skilled boxer in cotto.

    against a faded morales (3rd fight), he was able to land some clean right hooks. not as precise and deliberate as the ones he slipped into cotto's defense that set up the 1st kd.

    i disagree with the ts. pac has improved.

    The concensus is Manny is better today, how much better is up for debate though. The point that the quality may have gone down and the styles may suit him better I believe to be valid
