I haven't re-watched it, but from the first watch it felt like Loma should have won. I just value headshots more than bodyshots overall.

I scored it 7-5 Haney could easily be a draw as some of the round were very tight. But this outrage about a robbery is plain foolish and mostly emotional.

I thought it would be a draw because nobody really seized the 12th.
I don’t truly score fights it gets in the way of enjoying them for me.

    Yeh same,
I prefer head snapping shots as opposed to just touching to the body overall as well.

The only way I value a body shot is when it doubles the opponent over & puts them on their bicycle aka noticeably hurts them a bit.

I don't intend to argue what style of boxing you like (it's absolutely fine), but the rules are not favouring headshots over body shots and in that sense, such ruling is unobjective. Just take the body shots of Mike Tyson for example.

I am saying it since yesterday - this fight is rather a draw and hardly a victory for either of them, little all 8:4, as some people see it.

I didn't score it a draw, but this was a fight with a LOT of close rounds that could have gone either way - and therefore the decision, justifiably, could have gone to either way. So, certainly, a draw is also perfectly reasonable.

And for the record, I scored it 116-112 for Lomachenko. So all you paranoid conspiracy theorists who see "corruption" as the source of every decision that doesn't go the way of the fighter you favor can just move along

If I was forced to score a winner I had Haney

I think there were more clear rounds for Haney than there were Loma especially early doors, he beat that body like a drum.

    Loma won clearly.

Every single person in real life said the same to me.

Maybe we need Mike Tyson to come and tell everybody that Loma won, so that even casuals can just repeat that and end this BS narrative about close fight.

    Boxing postmodernism still flourishing.

This fight is whats wrong with the sport. Its too profitable to be the weight bully, because you get to throw at the body and its scored so favorably if you are the A-side, even though unless it hits the liver, solar plexus, or floating ribs, it's hardly an effective punching. It's a breath and rhythm breaker that takes its toll eventually. Haney did land those crispy counter right hooks to the body that Futch always taught, but a lot of his shots were taken on the elbows or dispersed.

This is Usyk v Joshua II all over again. Split decision my ass.
