I also thought Marquez won. The first round could have been a 10-10 round or even if PacMan won it, it still didn't win him the fight. Marquez clearly ouboxed PacMan all throughout the fight, EXCEPT for the 4th and 8th (?) round where he got staggered with that one punch. Marquez was tagging PacMan with beautiful right hands and combos. PacMan certainly landed ONE punch powershots, but Marquez took them well, and again was only hurt with that one shot in the 4th. Marquez showed that he is a brilliant counterpuncher and that PacMan is one dimensional although a strong one dimensional fighter (Note: I said strong, not great). PacMan was also "trying to box Marquez; however, he was not in the same league as Marquez when it comes to that strategy. I guess HBO or whomever it maybe figures they can "sell" PacMan, who is younger and more of a brawler, than say a 34-year old brilliant technician as Juan Manuel Marquez. 115-113 was my card for Marquez. I also could have lived with a draw, but to award PacMan a win is extremely highly questionable judging.

...So anyway, after rewatching it and giving Pac the benefit of the doubt in the closer rounds I still have JMM winning.

Im pinoy and I watched the fight twice, scored it for JMM narrowly 114-113 the first time, 115-112 the next.

Even a pinoy commentator thought Marquez won as well, he just didn't have the balls to say it on national TV. Nonito Donaire was on the panel as well and I thought he sounded surprised (and relieved) when the decision was announced.
