froch and froch fans may think that he came across well in this head to head but thats because he has been so horribly out done in the others its hard to get any worse. But already he is looking like he has hit his weight which 4 weeks out can not be a good thing surely? no question he looks in a better mental state however he still has groves under his skin and can not shake that! and that winds him up, a few times he was clinching his jaw and had to stop talking a few times before he contradicted himself. come fight week he will unravel bit by bit and when walking to the ring i think thats when the anger will start to come out and when the first bell rings he will be picked off at will with the jab then all over by the start of the 7th

Being at weight early is not bad at all because Froch is not the type to balloon up by 20lbs. I see the opposite, I felt Froch took Groves lightly in the first fight, look at his ring walk and compare it to the Bute fight, he will ko Groves again. Let's hope for a good fight.

it looks like he is already at the 168lbs which surely with 3 weeks more of training cant be good, surely its going to be a struggle to keep himself at this weight for a month?

idiot Froch got 3 more weeks of working his game plan and technique without even thinking about what the scales say. Its why his stamina is second to none and a full belly of food and water leading upto the fight will give him plenty of energy. Groves will gas again

Weights never an issue , out of camp he only cuts about at 4-5lbs over the limit and retains single figure bodyfat
