I would love for Carl to do it, but Ward just holds so many aces.

Sorta like how Hatton was going to be too rough and too rugged for Mayweather?

Ward is the better fighter. I cant see how Froch wins this fight.

Froch's got about a 30% chance here I figure... It will be a competitive, close fight, but I think if Kessler was able to edge Froch convincingly with a bad eye, then Ward, a better boxer, will be able to do the same.

And thats exactly what promo shows set out to do :D , specially UK based shows on UK based fighters :hey

Froch is riding the crest of a wave off the back of two IMO excellent wins , but Ward is not Abraham or a shot Glen Johnson , he's young talented , fresh and every bit as tough as Carl Froch , guts and determination only get you so far , Froch is getting schooled in this fight

Nah, I was surprised Hatton did as well as he did. Ward is stupidly overrated and he ll find himself in deep trouble against Froch trust me.

I thought Froch would get beat by Abraham & Taylor so I hope by picking Ward to win I will be wrong again.

If Froch can drag him into the trenches & turn it into a war of attrition then he can win. I just cant see it happening.

These brainless comparisons between Ward and Dirrell have to stop :-( The fight will look nothing like Froch-Dirrell.

The key to victory for me,in the early rounds anyway, even though Ward is streets ahead of Abraham.
I'm well aware what the purpose of these programmes are,no fighter looks bad in training, but it wasn't the sparring or training that made me think.
If Froch boxes clever early, then can rile Ward into a shootout,he wins for me.Only an opinion,I certainly rate Ward.

Ward is a better technical fighter on the inside and the outside and he's faster of hand and foot than Froch. Froch's chance lies simply in that he has decent power plus a great chin and Ward isn't a big puncher, so if he can take some punishment to get some hard shots in, he might be able to stop Ward late but it's unlikely to me.
