Haye has always said he'd retire at 30. He was inactive for a year so that may have pushed his plans back a little but if (and that's a big IF) he beats the Klitschkos I don't see him hanging around to fight a bunch of fat jokers.

He was quoted in this month Boxing Monthly that he does not have re-mach clauses in any of his fights he prefers to "walk a tight rope" so doubt he will be re-maching Valuev i think they are just roumers other wise he wouldnt have said that

I can't believe he signed to fight the cockroach Ruiz. He might as well retire now because his career is now ruined. I smell trilogy ala Ruiz Holyfield.

Assuming he gets by senior citizen Ruiz...i'd like to see him against any of the following which would give him a lot of cred imo:

    Povetkin
    Chambers
    Arreola/Adamek winner
    Thompson
    Peter
    Chagaev

Forget the klits, he's bottled it :yep

So Haye has fought a grand total of twice at heavyweight and now there are only 3 worthy opponents left? GTFO

I'm waiting for him to light up the heavyweight scene, i doubt he wants any of Dr. Steelhammer.

    The Valuev fight .

Quick question .............. are you a fan of David Haye , another question did you like every other David Haye fan expect Haye to KO Valuev ?????

Ok another question , do you think Valuev with his very limited skillset could of knocked Haye out if Haye hadnt run all night long and only threw 10 punches a round , my answer to that would be yes but only a little chance of doing so and if the two went toe to toe id fancy Haye to be quicker in every exchange and hit Valuev with the faster cleaner shots bringing the big man down inside 3 rounds .

Now after watching the fight my latter assumption still rings in my mind , Haye could of got rid of Valuev whenever he wanted if he was prepared to take risks .

An unproven Heavyweight with potential is where Haye sits imo , and after the Valuev fight i think his stock as a HW took a hit thats all im saying :deal

For an undispuited CW champion to come up and fight the pondlife of the HW division is not what Haye promised , and not what he talked about , im starting to beleive the guy is all talk if im honest .

If he just come out and said man i took these big guys too lightly i need another 3 fights before i fight the brothers then yeah id take my hat off and say KUDOS to Haye .

But when you have got Adam Booth saying Fraudley Harrison is a very real otpion for David's next fight it kinda makes you think , WTF was all the fuss about 18 months ago when Haye promised an assault on the big slow HW's !!!!!!!

I suppose your chin has won you the heavyweight title and undisputed cruiserweight titles too then?

    Thought so.

That is a grade A china chin. Thank goodness that feather-fisted fraud Ruiz doesn't have the power or the talent to take advantage of it.
