The thing I like about Geale is that he continually surprises. Two genuine and clear victories in Germany attest to that. i have a feeling he rises to the occasion and although Martinez looks a tall order, I would not write Geal off at all. More than a puncher's chance I think.

    Bahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

Two Split decision "toss a coin" type results/.

And a refusal to rematch Sturm, who let's be honest, did enough for the win (Sturm that is)

Like you, I am entitled to a opinion. Aren't too many others that are springing to mind of the current crop who are willing to go to someone's home town and win a WT.

Sturm immediately asked for a rematch in the post fight interview....... Crickets from Geale

And if that was contracted then the management teams will address it. Unlike Mundine who point blank refused to fight Daniel, twice.

According to Khoder Nasser Mundine will never fight Geale again >>>

He didnt look old tonight, were you watching his foot movement? He was relentless for 12 rounds against a 26 year old who hasn't lost.

I love Geale, but he has next to zero chance against Sergio, who looked absolutely awesome against Chavez JR, bar round 12.

I haven't seen the whole fight yet, but the few rounds I have seen, Chavez did bugger all, even in the last when he had a great opportunity.

Martinez looked fantastic, but can he look that good when he has Geale pressuring him for 12 rounds?
Geale doesn't let up and swarms in with workrate, he's also harder to hit than Chavez.

I think this will be a fantastic fight, one which either man can win, but I think Geale is the smarter fighter, and that will allow him to win.

It's amazing what a good chin can do for a fighter....... Sergio put a beat down on Jr and that **** was walking through the punchers and taking more punishment every rd..... Any other middleweight would've been stopped by the sexy one yesterday.

Geale is a slight class below that Sergio that fought yesterday

Chavez isnt really a middleweight thats why he was taking all that punishment. I mean what woud he have weighed yesterday, 180-190 lbs?
