    Be serious, Hopkins would kill RJJ at this point. He's a much, much more refined and skilled boxer. Roy beat up Lacy. So what. Everyone beats up Lacy. Roy is done. Calzaghe humiliated him. Hopkins will school him unmercifully, as payback for the loss.

    After tonight and before tonight! This to me would be a superfight regardless of their ages, Hopkins will have the pleasure of sprucing up the already impressive resume when he beats RJJ into submission. This fight should happen and I believe it will definately be a different strategy for the executioner...................Bernard hopkins KO round 7!!!!!!! bookmark this one! :hey

    It doesn't always work like that.

    Styles make fights, and all that wisdom.

    Roy had a much more dominant win over Lacy than Taylor did.

    And Taylor beat Hopkins twice.

    Doesn't necessarily make sense but no less sense than

    "Roy shutout Lacy, Hopkins shutout Kelly Pavlik."

    Besides, before tonight's ass-whupping, I would pick Jeff to be at least 50-50 against Pavlik.



    Jones-Hopkins is probably the biggest interest (and $$$$) fight out there for either of them.

    BHop has unfinished business there.

    I'd pay to watch.

    So would lots of others.

    No. I prefer Roy to keep his dignity. Hopkins is still a world class boxer.

    Roy Jones Jr doesnt have the activety to beat Hopkins. ARe you people nuts? This fight would be an easy Hopkins win. Please.

    not really.....Jones is a shot fighter and doesn't have the goods to last against Hopkins, all he will do is degrade his legacy.

    No way. When Roy layed on the ropes, Lacy could still hardly land a punch. Everything he threw was wide & wild. He is 100% done.

    Bernard would **** Roy up bad right now.

    What is the point of them 2 fighting?

    If one of them lost, it is because he is shot.

    They should have fought 8 years ago when it mattered but they acted like little bitches.
