I never counted it. I don't shower at the gym but immediately after I'm home after driving. I always sweat like a pig. Even when I'm not training.

God bless they invented showers :happy:happy

Stupid question but do you take any stimulants like caffeine?

They make me even sweat more.

Maybe try a colder shower ?

Sweating is a sign you've worked hard so that's a good sign.

BTW: does it really matter? Do you train in the evening? Just take a shower afterwards and the next day in the morning.

it can matter. its a bit annoying.

dont really like sitting on my couch all sweaty.
also i do drink coffee... but didnt today. maybe its just the weather. its around 30 celcius so pretty warm. i think my body temp will take ages to cool

The better shape you are in the faster your heart rate will drop. So I imagine with time and conditioning you'll recover faster.

Sweating is a good sign youve worked hard and well hydrated. I get a lift home or a i get the bus which takes 20-30 mins then get a shower and im ok after thatt
