The fight was a heck of a lot better than I expected it to be. Lesnar has my respect.

My opinion on this fight hasnt changed. Lesnar has laughable standup. Its comical to watch and hes super uncoordinated on the feet. If Lesnar doesnt get this to the ground, Fedor would wreck him inside 2 minutes.

The problem for Fedor is, Lesnar shouldnt have any difficulty getting him to the ground and once hes there, I dont think Fedor can scramble to his feet. Lesnar should be able to hold him down and use his size, strength and wrestling ability.

I thought it was funny that Rogan said Lesnar moves like a Welterweight.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAH!...

Mine too. Massively. Can't believe he took Carwin's bombs for so ****ing long, and was able to keep fighting after it. Spectacular.

I thought he was doing a quit job by not fighting back but then when he started too and then desperately got to his feet...I was surprised.

I was almost certain the fight was done and that's what made it such a dramatic and great fight...I couldn't see Lesnar winning after the first 2 minutes. No way.

Same here. I don't understand how he had a clear head and strength in his limbs again by the start of the 2nd, surely to God he should've been messed up for a long spell after all those punches. I think Rogan is right, Lesnar is some sort of Viking throwback freak who is not of this species. Absolutely shockingly shite stand-up though!!!! That guy needs a pro boxing trainer badly.

For 5 rounds ? You honestly think Lesnar would last 5 rounds ?
Or are you saying that Lesnar would KO fedor in the first round as soon as he'd hit the ground ?...

Lesnar is really, really bad on his feet. Definitely the worst of the bunch with; Carwin, Santos, Velasquez, and Mir.

Call me crazy...but I think Mir could actually beat these two dudes if he got things right.

I definitely think Lesnar could finish Fedor. Fedor has never been in with a wrestler as athletic, big, strong as Lesnar. But like I said, its not a guarantee because Lesnar has a ton of flaws.

Mir is not a top HW. He wont be in the mix.

    I disagree.

I don't. Not Lesnar. The difference in strength is just too much to overcome. Mir has better stand-up than Brock, but he still doesn't possess the striking power to stop him, and I can't see how he can beat him any other way. Lesnar is too wary of submissions now, he knows how to use his bulk to smother his opponent and not give them room to maneouvre. I see any future Lesnar-Mir fight being a mirror image of the last one, Lesnar's wrestling, control and strength being too much for Frank.

I can see him having a better chance vs Carwin, if he can make it out of the 1st round, which is a big ask for anyone, being honest. Carwin's power is insane. I'd back Shane in a rematch as well. Mir has a better skillset than either of them, but these guys are mountains who know how to play to their strengths.

Your argument is as valid as me saying:

"i definitely think fedor could finish lesnar. Lesnar has never been with a fighter as explosive & skilled as Fedor"...

Well Mir is talking about going to LHW...he's a big dude himself.
