Victor Ortiz was looking at Floyd Mayweather when the first punch was thrown. He might not have been expecting it but that was his own fault. The first punch turned his head.

I have a felling that his cornor told him to say he was looking away in hopes of getting a rematch.

Hope not. This isn't WWE. Every fight should be a fight best man wins.

Yes he was looking, he just had his hands down. He should have seen that even throug him hugging Mayweather, Mayweather kept his guards up the whole time.

Has anybody who actually boxes, spars, trains, or manages fighters said Floyd was cheap or just internet tough guys, floyd haters, or those who dont understand the ABC's of boxing? Even on a street sense level Ortiz had that coming.

Exactly. This is one of the most basic rules of boxing.
